“What sets you apart from the other candidates in this race? I have been an advocate and community organizer for years. Leading in the teacher’s union, I fight for education and worker’s rights by working with teachers and leaders statewide to enact pro-education policies. I lobby and testify frequently at the Capitol. I canvass, run petitions, and table at protests to educate and build engagement on protecting public lands and civil rights. I bring a fresh approach to the Legislature that is deeply needed. Building relationships is the bare minimum–when decisions at the Capitol harm the lives of everyday Idahoans, our Representatives must fight harder to defend their constituents’ rights.”
